Breakfast Muesli


Rolled oats
Rolled triticale
Rolled barley
Rolled rice
Rolled rye
Bran straws
Wheat germ
Oat bran
Pumpkin seeds
Linseeds
Sunflower seeds

Combine the ingredients in whatever quantity you like (just pour them in) into a plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. Keep in the fridge. Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries or peaches.
